SKYLIGHT LED INC promise that in typical situation, 5 years (50,000h) Free Maintenance is

offered for Luminaire.

For all models On the premise of proper use and storage, SKYLIGHT LED INC promise free

maintenance or replacement for any products due to poor quality in the guaranty period. The

guaranty will only be served for original or end user-customers.

However, the following cases are not covered by the guaranty:

1. Open the Luminaire without obeying the instructions and leads the crack of the housing

and damage or loss of the fittings.

2. Disabled products damage due to improper use.

3. Any damage due to improper use in violation of the instruction manuals.

4. Any damage of parts due to high temperature or high/low voltage which beyond the

working limit of the products performance.

Limited obligation:

1. SKYLIGHT LED INC is not liable for any indirect loss, like profit loss, expenditure loss or

other special incidental loss due to the quality or other reasons.

2. In the guarantee period, there is a limit of compensation when damage or loss happen

due to the quality. This limit shall not exceed the products marketing price.

3. For any disputes it should be submitted to the law court for disposal.

4. SKYLIGHT LED INC reserve the final explanation right to this guaranty card.
