Pro Series LED Grow Lights Warranty

5-Year Warranty: Skylight LED Inc. offers a 5-year warranty that includes free labor for repairs. For the first year, both parts and labor are covered at no cost. After the initial year, the cost of parts will be subject to a fee depending on the specific parts required for the repair. However, labor will remain free for the entire 5-year warranty period.

Optional Parts Protection Plans:

2-Year Parts Protection Plan: $50 each, covering the cost of parts.

3-Year Parts Protection Plan: $80 each, covering the cost of parts.

5-Year Parts Protection Plan: $120 each, covering the cost of parts.

 

Lite/Other Series LED Grow Lights Warranty

3-Year Warranty: Skylight LED Inc. provides a 3-year warranty that includes free labor for repairs. For the first year, both parts and labor are covered at no cost. After the first year, the cost of parts will be subject to a fee depending on the specific parts required for the repair. Labor will remain free for the duration of the 3-year warranty period.

Optional Parts Protection Plans:

2-Year Parts Protection Plan: $60 each, covering the cost of parts.

3-Year Parts Protection Plan: $80 each, covering the cost of parts.

Warranty and Protection Plan Conditions

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

After the first year, if a protection plan is not purchased, customers will be responsible for the cost of parts required for repairs.

To make a warranty claim, please contact SKYLIGHT LED INC. with your purchase information and a detailed description of the issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
